Gary and Armelle Maxey
Owner
Gary and Armelle Maxey are the owners of Bio-One Savannah. Gary and Armelle both grew up in various parts of the country and Gary served in the United States Army. He graduated from Grand Valley State University with a dual degree in Business Admin and City and Regional Planning. Armelle graduated with a degree in Health Information Management. Their years of experience and expertise are exhibited when they and their team help in restoring a client's properties to their original condition in a professional and compassionate manner. Their combined 41 years of Hospice work is an example of their passion for helping others and serving those in the community. Gary and Armelle have been married for 15 years and enjoy spending time with their children and traveling, especially in the Caribbean and Costa Rica. They remain active in their church and donate time and resources to several veteran groups.
Was disappointed when new used car had mildew smell. Bio-one Savannah killed it. GM Austin fogged with concrobium before and after ozone treatment. Took ~6 hours but Austin’s professionalism and attention to detail got it done. Highly recommend them.

We had the or four companies come in to check out mold issue. The team at bio-one came in at a great price. But even better they did the job in a day and a half. Professionally done. This is such a great company! Gary met me at a house my boyfriend is about to move into to inspect the house to make sure it was free of harsh mold. He was very informative and thorough. He took his time and didn’t charge us a dime! We had some small spots with minor mold and he told us how we could get rid of it so we didn’t have to pay him to do it since it was such a small job. Not to mention the day I called was the day he came over. 10 stars!!
